Mākoha Ridge has mixed size sections, ranging from 2083 m2 to 2.2 hectares, offering something for everyone and will appeal to a diverse range of buyers - families and couples, the young and old. Every building site will have a flat, certified building platform, ready to start construction.
Each designated building site is designed to maximise privacy, shelter and views. Equal importance is paid to the retention of the natural native qualities of the surrounds.
Principle Developments is developing the project in partnership with Hybrid Homes - recognised for their high quality award-winning standards.
Hybrid Homes are leaders in sustainable building. They design and build homes to a range of budgets and styles that include passive solar design, passive cooling, reducing wasted space and using materials that exceed the requirements of the NZ building code.
In Mākoha Ridge, there is no obligation to build with Hybrid Homes, as long as the builder of your choice meets the design guidelines and covenants set for this development. The developer will sign off on each house concept plan within 4 weeks.
House & Land Packages
Should you wish to build a Hybrid Home on your lot, we will work with you to provide a house and land package to suit your needs. Visit the Hybrid Homes website to see some of our previous builds.
Resource Consent has been granted. Earthworks are due to commence December 2019. Titles expected last quarter of 2020. You may choose to do all preparation for the house building concurrently while we do all subdivision works, meaning that as soon as titles are issued, you can start building your home.
